For our first ever collab we partnered with Willibald Brewery in Canada. Joe,was over in the UK and had recently been to Mexico to make some lagers, so it was a no-brainer to brew one together. We used pilsner malt and 30% flaked Maize in the grist to really lift the flavour and colour. Expect very low bitterness, with a touch of Motueka in the whirlpool for subtle fresh lime notes to allude to the wedge you might find in a bottle.
