It’s been a minute but we’re back with a killer Double IPA brewed with our pals @darkelementbrewery Frankly outrageous, NOCTEM 8.0% racks up a hefty 35g p/litre hop bill of Citra, El Dorado, Nectaron, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief and Motueka Hop Kief. Our most heavily hopped beer EVER saturated in peach, melon, mango, white grape, apricot, diesel, papaya and nectarine 🖤🥀 The freshest harvest of Mosaic and Idaho 7 brings us BOTANIST 5.1%. A bouquet of tropical fruits, blueberry, citrus, resin and pine. What a beaut 💐🌾

Three of our favourite hops are getting the TDH-ND-DIPA (Triple Dry Hop No Dextrose Double IPA) treatment, Verdant style. Big belter of a beer that's fully loaded! Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy hops were added on 3 separate cold side occasions to create this big, creamy and utterly saturated 8.4% DIPA. A sky-high experience in every sip.
