We have been lucky to again be selected as part of a select group of breweries to take part in Eggers Hops' Terranean Project, an international collaborative celebration of unique lots harvested in unique conditions. This year we have brewed an IPA using their New Moon Harvest hops, a micro-lot of Nelson Sauvin grown in Eggers’ Olive Garden and picked under the invisible new moon. The hops have imparted bright grapefruit leading into layered tropical fruit, with a fresh green character and dank, resinous edges underneath.
