The sticky, sweet liqueur compliments the sweetness of the beer, whilst cutting through with a little acidity that livens the palate. It lends a touch of cinnamon to the aroma and a hint of marzipan. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it's a delicious beer to enjoy now.
