Cultured Left Foot, 5.2%
Category:
Pale Ale
Style: New England / Hazy
The crowd can sense it, the place is bouncing – football, bloody hell. Cultured Left Foot starts brightly and never looks back – a pale ale packed with tropical fruit, citrus zest and a finish as composed as you like, this beer has pace to burn and knows exactly where the goal is. Like any great tournament team, it’s built on a solid foundation, with a safe pair of hands in our hazy pale ale grist bringing a biscuit sweetness, with a pillowy fluffiness from the heavy use of oats. With a double pivot of Citra and Idaho 7 running things in the engine room, this beer has a subtle but headstrong bitterness that dictates the tempo before the big lad Mosaic knocks it down to the pacey Simcoe for a clinical finish of bright and zesty orange, stonefruit and blueberries. A team performance that leaves everything out there on the pitch; take a bow son. Take. A. Bow.
