The latest release of our AF lactic fermented sour beer, made with strawberry, cherry and limes. This is the fourth iteration of Sorbetto - as with previous iterations, the cherry and lime base gives a strong and punchy backbone to the beer , and this time with overlaid it with strawberry. The combination has worked wonderfully, giving a highly pleasing, lightly acidic AF sour beer.
