'Brewed with our friends Holy Goat. A first foray into mixed-fermentation by Newbarns, made with extra pale malt, and raw wheat from Scotland The Bread in Fife, this relatively simple base beer was co-fermented with our house lager yeast and their mixed culture of wild yeasts and bacteria before being dry-hopped lightly with one of our favourite German hop varieties, Ariana, to make a tart and refreshing Berliner, with notes of bruised cider apple, and green Fruit Pastilles.'
