Pot Luck 2023 Pet Nat (Pinotage), 11.5%
Our modern take on the ancient winemaking process, petillant naturel, using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland, the grapes express ripe red fruits and saline notes, balanced perfectly with the bubbles. How we made it: hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation, naturally carbonated in the bottle.
From: Swartland, South Africa.
In the vineyard: sustainable farming.
Best served: straight from the fridge.
Allergens: contains sulphites.
75cl Bottle
