The second in our Single Hop series, this NEPA is heavily dry-hopped with Galaxy, an Australian hop giving pine and peach galore. A hazy yellow aesthetic is complimented by pithy citrus aromas and a reserved bitterness in flavour. A subtle yet extremely well rounded 5.5% pale.
