White Wizard – Mixed fermentation Wit Brewed with 55% malted barley, and 45% raw unmalted wheat, this beer takes inspiration from the classic Belgian wheat-beer style known as witbier. Typical of the style, we added coriander and orange peel into the boil, along with Perle hops. The hop addition has restrained the acid producing microbes of our mixed culture. Aged in tank for 5 months.
We charge £6 for orders below £50, but it's free over that.
