**Translated** Lambic brewed in 2014. Aged in barrels for 5 years. Bottled in 2019. After two years in the bottle, the time was right to share this wonder of nature with the world. Patience will be rewarded. The Cam proves with this release that lambic gets better with age. An almost indescribable taste experience with fantastic complexity. Sour, sweet, bitter, apple, leather and wood overlap, for a finish that seems to linger forever. Impressive.
