'Mixed fermentation ale with apple variety Dabinett from our friends at Little Ponoma Cider in Herefordshire. This simple beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, then aged in oak for 1 year. It was then refermented on apple pomace for 4 weeks. It has aromas of berries and red apples, a gentle acidity and a soft finish.'
