We were delighted to welcome our friends from Gross in San Sebastian to Manchester for a new collaboration, to bring together the unique identity and terroir of the Basque Country, alongside our own native varieties. Cascade hops sourced from Pepo's Hops in Azpeitia, hand delivered by Head Brewer Beinat, provide vibrant notes of pink grapefruit and citrus with a delicate floral-spicy undertone. We decided that British-grown Admiral hops with their bold orange notes and herbal finish would be a fine partner. Rounding off with Hallertau Blanc and Lorien delivers an extra punch of fresh citrus and soft wildflowers. Maintaining a hop bill with a core of European noble hop lineage. ¡Topa!
