If it wasn't already obvious, we're a massive fan of everything Eggers Hops do. From their farm in the Moutere Valley in New Zealand, they grow some of the finest hops we've found anywhere, and some of the most unique expressions of the tricky-to-grow Riwaka variety. Their Eggers Special is an epigenetic variant of Riwaka, harvested late in the season when it's super ripe. When paired with our hand selected lot of Riwaka from this year's harvest, it unlocks a whole new level of tropical complexity, with plenty of citrus freshness, herbal dankness and the hop's signature light frazzle of smoke.
