Born from a rare coincidence, both Verdant Brewing Co and Left Handed Giant independently selected identical hop lots Mosaic & Simcoe (Coleman Farm, Oregon) plus Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin (Mac Hops, NZ). From that shared starting point, two distinct 8% DIPAs emerged.

A bold, expressive New England DIPA showcasing saturated hop character from the selected lots. Built for impact, it delivers a full, rounded mouthfeel with vibrant hop intensity and a slightly wild edge.

A layered interpretation of the same hop bill, exploring balance and structure. Expect a refined expression of Mosaic, Simcoe, Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin, with focus on how process shapes flavour.
