The gyle number printed on the bottom of a can probably won't mean a lot to most people, but this beer marks our 1000th commercial brew and we think that's worth celebrating - and what better to celebrate with than a big, juicy, dank IPA? For this landmark brew we've loaded up a soft, oaty malt bill with Cashmere, Strata and our old friend Mosaic and fermented it on our trusty house yeast.'
