We have been keeping a close eye on our friends across the pond and recently had the chance to visit the West Coast of the USA! We were able to try many modern takes on the classic West Coast IPA and enjoyed them so much that we had to make our own.. Hopped with Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin on top of a Golden Promise malt base. 😋
