'Hear It Again is our super light and sessionable pale ale brewed using a fairly complex malt bill of Pilsner malt, flaked wheat, oats, Cara gold and light Munich malt. The base brings a lovely softness with notes of oven fresh bread and subtle honey sweetness. Clean, pithy bitterness comes through from the whirlpool additions of Mosaic and Rakau and a hearty dry hop of Citra, Nelson and Rakau bring bright zesty lemon and lime, white grape and juicy pink grapefruit. A real easy going thirst quencher.'
