'Saison brewed with May Provisions, Unity Brewery’s farmhouse arm. The beer was brewed in June 2021 with fresh elderflower being added directly to the boil along with UK Cascade hops. It was then barrel aged in an ex white wine barrel that previously contained Organic Harvest Saison. Floral nose gives way to a bitter and zesty burst and complex yeast character. '
