'Brewed in collaboration with Little Earth Project, and originally codenamed "Project Gravy" due to the delectable aroma that filled the brewhouse on the brewday! Sweet and sour with a lick of smoke has overtaken savoury to create a delicate, well balanced beer. Fresh lemons give a tickle of vibrant acidity, which sits alongside herbal overtones from the rosemary, foraged from our gardens in Sheffield & the Little Earth Project farm in Suffolk.'
