Little Earth Project says:

'Rhubarb & raspberries are two fruits that lend themselves greatly to sour beers. Tart, fresh & abundantly grown in Suffolk, 9.5kg of rhubarb & 30kg of raspberries were added to this base golden sour made of 2 barrels brewed in Feb & Dec 2020, respectively. The raspberries were sourced from a local fruit farm a few miles from the brewery, while the rhubarb came from just steps from our front door. While the raspberry does tend to pull the initial flavour, the rhubarb still lingers in the back giving a nice balance.'
