'It's always an honour to be invited to pour at Hop City, even more so when involved in a collaboration hop-forward IPA as an official Hop City 2023 beer. We pushed the boat out for this juicy IPA melding our IPA brewing techniques with our esteemed collaborators, Vitamin Sea. Utilising YCH 301 Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic and CRYO versions of the aforementioned, Many many layers of choice hop goodness. Crystallised pineapple and mango lolly morphs into frosted pine needles dusted with sugar. Sweet ripe raspberry and lemon come in at the finish, offset with a puff of deep green dank. This heady, tropical, citrus delight may well take you into the future!!'
