The ultimate poem. Enter King of May, a monumental 10% Triple IPA that serves as the grand finale to our Beat Gen series.\r\nTo honour the King, we loaded an incredibly soft, luscious grain bill with a staggering, saturated amount of our favourite Beat Gen trio: Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. We used the largest amount of T90 equivalent hops in the whirlpool we have ever done, combined with a massive 30 g\/l dry hop.\r\n\r\nExpect juicy notes of mango, passionfruit, and peach, complemented by hints of resinous pine and a solid dankness.
