The discovery and delight in trying our first ever Mountain IPA as guided by the master from Colorado himself Doug Odell was a landmark moment for us - hitting that perfect balance between the crisp and bitter drinkability of a West Coast IPA and the soft, hazy body of a New England IPA, we knew it was a style we wanted to bring back to the brewery and give a whirl to ourselves. We’ve tried and tested our techniques since that first effort back in 2020 and we’re back again with our first Mountain IPA of 2026 in Undercurrent.
