Tropical Gose è un piacevole equilibrio fra passion fruit, guava e ananas e la tipica acidità e sapidità delle Gose. Un succhetto tropicale rinfrescante…probabilmente meglio di un succhetto, sicuramente rinfrescante! Abbiamo creato questa Gose utilizzando il metodo Sour Kettle: abbiamo inoculato lactobacillus selezionati, poi abbiamo aggiunto purea di passion fruit, ananas e guava e l’abbiamo fatta fermentare con il nostro lievito.
