We've decided to go back to the drawing board with our West Coast pales and try out various hop combinations and yeast experimentation to find a Pale that hits the spot in terms of bitterness, brightness and refreshment. It's a triple C bill in this with Centennial, Chinook and Columbus. Let us know what you think.
