'After drinking the OG Cold IPA whilst out at the hop harvest with the Howling Hops gang, we thought we’d transport it back and do our own version together. What is a Cold IPA?! Well… it’s a little bit of a Lager & IPA hybrid. For ours, we started with a simple malt base using 25% flaked rice, added a good dose of Citra to the whirlpool before fermenting on a Lager Yeast and then hit it with a 14g/l Dry Hop of Citra, Columbus & Mosaic. The result is a super crisp, but deceptively hoppy delight, that also packs a good hit of bitterness. When that sun does come… this is the one!'
