'This juicy, New Zealand hopped pale ale is brewed to celebrate Reg's (Glue) time at DEYA. As Reg moves away from the day to day at HQ, we salute and thank her for the work and legacy she leaves... No Glue, no DEYA! This beer is a sessionable version of our beloved IPA Glue.. citrussy, tropical refreshment. Cheers! This beer is a sessionable strength version of one of our favourites, Glue. Glue was brewed in honour of Reg, Theo's mum. She is the Glue that held us together is the early years and continues to be a huge source of support for us. Reg is taking a step back from the day to day and we wanted to mark this change by brewing another beer with her in mind. We took the base recipe of Glue, scaled it down for lower ABV and then tweaked some of the specialty malt to suit. More dextrin malt and wheat malt for increased body and fluffy texture. We kept the dry hop ratio the same between Citra, Motueka and Nelson....Skittles and tropical fruit all the way through.'
