'Dunescape is the second of our Hop Unlock yeast experiments, a Thiol yeast unlocking extra flavour potential from our hop choices. Starting with a base of extra pale, dextrin and oats, we then added some Chinook in the mash for some extra hoppy thiol power. In the dry hop we used an old favourite, Citra along with an experimental hop, HBC586, to give us a fruit bomb of deliciousness.'
