'A 40 IBU modern west coast IPA with enough dry hops to grind you off any dis-used swimming pool: Chinook, Citra, Columbus, Simcoe'
'New England Pale Ale brewed with Azacca, Citra and El Dorado hops. '
'Star Sailor has been developed by our very own packager Ryan Williams. A hoppy and hazy beer brewed with El Dorado and Amarillo hops. Soft and pillowy, stone fruit and white grape on the nose, with grapefruit notes.'
'BBF X TALK CLUB COLLABORATION Giving you amazing flavour without the alcohol. To give Clear Head plenty of punch we’ve combined two of the best US hops, Citra and Mosaic. Flavours of sharp citrus, apple and stone fruits shine through and to give this beer great body we’ve added lactose for a subtle smooth creamy sweetness. Finishing with a crisp dryness on your palette, you won’t miss a thing with this alcohol-free pint of beer. Thank you, buying this beer means you are helping to start real conversations & saving lives. How? Talk Club is a talking & listening movement, to help people get mentally fit, 5% of Clear Head sales go directly to Talk Club. Creating a sustainable, positive, mental health community. This is a beer for good.'
'A sweet, warming and unctuous-as-youlike imperial strength stout brewed with vanilla, chilli, cinnamon and lashings of chocolate.'
'A mushy, sticky-icky India Pale Ale saturated with the very best Motueka and Mosaic hops we could lay our hands on. We’re getting mojitos on the nose followed by flavours reminiscent of lemon, lime and ripe flat peaches.'
'The first in a series of single hop beers fermented with London Fog yeast. Super pale and wheat make up the malt bill, to provide a soft base for the huge pineapple and citrus character of Galaxy hops. Hopped in the whirlpool and extensively in the fermenter for bright, over-ripe tropical aromatics!'

'1 X Twin Oaks (BA Ximenez)
1 X Twin Oaks (Olorosso)
1 X Twin Oaks
In 2019 we had the pleasure of spending some time with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy Grinkey. We shared some very special beers and brewed a beer of our own to put to rest in Chateauneuf-du-Pape barrels.
The barrels were innoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive.'

'This is a supremely drinkable pale ale that was designed to present you with the best hop flavours in a beer that’s as easy and moreish as it is delicious. By blending newer varietals and experimental hops together, you’ll find deep flavours of grapefruit, apricot, and creamy strawberry, with a full body and balanced piney finish.'
'DDH IPA showcasing a blend of our dankest modern hops. The trees may be blushing at our inaction over the climate emergency, but we’d rather fancy they are showing off once more before their winter’s rest, after a challenging and trying year. Take all of the richness of Autumn in, it’s colourful sights, wind-driven sounds, and rich smells.'
'An exquisite blend of rum and bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with the addition of vanilla, tonka beans and caramel. A thick pour and robust body unveil a sweet, salted caramel and chocolate aroma coupled with hints of coconut. Each sip indulges the palate, with salted caramel flavours upfront, followed by the development of a milk chocolate-like maltiness with a generous helping of vanilla, ultimately ending with a touch of tonka and subtle rum character for the ultimate dessert stout.'
'A beer designed to show off the singular characteristics of our hand-selected Motueka, one of New Zealand’s most expressive hops. Zesty lime sorbet and sherbet shine through a dank and herbacious finish, all in the creamy New England body of our DIPA. '
'On The Rocks a luxurious imperial stout that imparts a balanced medley of rich dried fruit flavours and light roasty notes. The inclusion of espresso coffee gives an added complexity and is paired with an aftertaste of elegant single malt barrel characters.'
'A blend of two rye whisky barrel-aged imperial stouts with ancho chilli, cacao and vanilla. Aromas of dark chocolate and a herbal spiciness work alongside the cacao and vanilla to create a smooth, complex base and an unmistakable rye whiskey character. '
'A beer designed to show off the bold characteristics of Sabro, a hop that divides many, but is uniquely impactful at its best. We highlight the complex flavours reminiscent of stepping into a sweet shop, with creamy coconut balanced with a pine finish wrapped in our classic thick New England DIPA body.'
'A smooth and full-flavoured Pale Ale that celebrates the union of complementary hops. Strata, Idaho 7 and Citra hops have been combined to create a beer that demonstrates the different but complementary facets that individual hops bring to a beer. This series of hops lend themselves well to a citrus profile, presenting zesty and slightly herbal elements. Three of a Kind is a harmonious, smooth and well-balanced Pale Ale that presents tasting notes of pink grapefruit, orange blossom and mandarin.'

Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
'A pale ale brewed in collaboration with our friends at Basqueland. Brewed with oat and chit malt for a thick, sticky body. Then hopped with rather a lot of Idaho-7 and Galaxy with some Azacca in the passenger seat. Juicy tropical punch to the max. Lush!'
'A crisp, tropical and delicious pale ale, brewed for warmer evenings.'
'Juicy & citrusy beaut of an IPA brewed with our friends at Northern Monk with a high protein malt bill alongside a huge addition of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra & Idaho 7.'
'We are always being asked to brew a low strength beer but with heaps of flavour so here you go. Mashed high for more non fermentable sugars giving extra body defying its small stature, along with a copious amount of new season Idaho 7 & Simcoe hops bringing the sunshine, a beer to sit back gulp down and enjoy.'
'This super sour uses 460kg of strawberry, cherry and lemon puree. It's all kinds of gloopberry sillyjam fun and no lactose, so it's vegan friendly!'
'“….refers to those hot, sleepy afternoons when dogs (and people) prefer to lay around and languish in the summer heat.” What an incredible day we had celebrating our doggy pals and now the beer is ready, an über-refreshing Kölsch-style beer! Brewed using a base of Pils malt with hop additions from Magnum, Perle and Zuchstamm for a hit of citrus flavours and aroma. Gentle notes of freshly cut grass lead to a crisp bitter finish, giving an edge to our version of this traditional lager/ale hybrid, native to Cologne. In true Lost and Grounded style we’ve once again included all of our doggy superstars to feature on our limited edition series of six cans, with 10p per can being donated to our chosen charity StreetVet. A huge thank you to Barth Haas X for sponsoring this beer with their donation of hops. All of our beers are unfiltered and vegan friendly.'
'Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.'
'STANK DRANK Well, Hop City, should be called DIPA city, and despite our target of 0.5% abv. I wanted to make an outrageous thick Hazy fluffy pale ale that should fit right in. Tripping Animals have a huge reputation here for big rippin’ DIPAS and I don’t wanna let them down. So it’s been every trick in the book to get here. For the dry hop, we utilised YCH 301 Frozen Fresh Hops Cryro Hops¨ A part of the Yakima Chief Hops Elite Product Trial program. Citra, but not as you know it. Paired up with one of my favourite hops HBC 630 as well as, yet more trial runs HBC 638 & HBC 1019 – These highly experimental new test strains are very high in tropical notes, unusually caramelised banana. IPA - Fruited
'Our third Patrons Project release with Amy Hastings is The Fool. We were inspired by a traditional Fruit Fool dessert for this release, turning our hand to a fruited IPA. We've selected fruits that are commonly used in a Fools dessert - strawberry, gooseberry & blackberry. We invited Bristol’s Left Handed Giant in on this fruit dessert of a beer. '
'The culmination of a year’s R&D, we can finally bring you Faith, free of alcohol. Pushing traditional brewing techniques to extremes allowed us to build up a surprisingly robust base, with oats for that silky mouthfeel associated with NE styles and maltodextrin to further bulk out the body, while a touch of caramel malt brings some colour and sweetness. We hopped with Citra Cryo and El Dorado, which bring notes of lemongrass, citrus zest and a light peppery finish over bready malt flavours.'

Lager - American
'When Brooklyn's KC BC came to visit, we wanted to brew an American classic. No, not an IPA. We brewed a great adjunct lager - nobody brews lager better than us, believe me. Rice and corn make up 25% of the grist of this super light brew to deliver the greatest drinkability. We then added a juicy twist with Citra in the whirlpool, combined with Ekuanot in the FV; just enough dry-hop to deliver the tropical flavours without disguising the clean drinking underneath, which despite the negative press covfefe. Make adjunct lager great again.'
'Our single barrel spring release. Spring 2022 is a wild saison aged in sauternes dessert wine barrel for one year.'
'A lemon ice tea sour beer made with organic Italian lemons and earl grey tea. Super refreshing, ice tea, zingy lemon, vanilla.'
'A vanilla cola sour beer made with bourbon vanilla. Natural cola, sweet vanilla, spritzy & sour.'
'A blackcurrant, grape and raspberry soda-inspired sour beer. Bursting with blackcurrant and raspberry, tangy grape, refreshing, juicy, dry.'
'Idaho-7 & Citra New England IPA Juicy overripe mango & luscious pineapple notes with a touch of citrus that’s more satsuma than lemon/lime. Soft and full mouthfeel but light enough to keep you coming back for more. This fruit basket has a black belt.'
'Hazy Pale, Tropical, Pine, Citrus, Blackberry, Blackcurrant, Orange. Hopped with Kohatu, Hallertau Callista & Amarillo Cryo'

Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
'High Hills is a collaboration brewed with our pals @rivingtonbrewco to celebrate our High Hills festival, which involves a 10k race, a Hike To Pike and plenty of great beer and food at Rivington's beautiful taproom! The beer itself pours a milky yellow and is hopped far beyond what we'd usually use in a Pale Ale, giving it a DDH treatment of Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron. Hopheads rejoice!'

Non-Alcoholic Beer - Sour
'Strawberry & Jalapeño Margarita Pickleback- mixed fermentation fruited sours with chilli and pickling spices. '
'A soft succulent IPA awash with tropical goodness. Notes of coconut and limes linger around the edges whilst big-hitting hop flavours of mango, pineapple and resinous tree sap thrash home the flavour wallop! Unlike stars, planets don't twinkle. Stars are so distant that they appear as pinpoints of light in the night sky. Our Milky Way galaxy is home to at least 100 billion alien planets, and possibly many more. The galaxy is located 3.8 billion light years away, and there is not the slightest chance of observing these planets directly, not even with the best telescope one can imagine. '
'14.3° Plato | OG 1058 | ABV 6.3% Supercharged India Pale Ale.... Rich/bright & amber/bronze with lots of American hop aroma. Distinctly bittersweet on the palate with a massive hop complexity fashioned deep within the IPA tradition. Hop: Citra, Centennial, Chinook T90, Simcoe T90, Citra T90'
'A fresh session strength pale ale with a scrumptious dosage of CITRA and IDAHO 7 dispersing plump, velvety palpitations of tropical drooping ripeness. '
