'Brewed using lots of Golden Naked Oats (lightly caramelised oats) which is a new ingredients for us at Howling Hops. Giving it a slight sweetness, and nutty malt character. Hop wise we went with Galaxy, the most famous hop grown in Australia, for its punchy hop oils and distinct, heavy hitting 'Aussie' character. Eclipse was bred using galaxy so it's something of a family affair. Finished with cryo and t90 Citra pellets, just to widen the gene pool. Piney and tropical up front and and citrus at the end.'
