'We’ve brewed a New England pale ale with Gipsy Hill full of local apricot and spice from a darker malt bill. Layered with a dry hop of Mosaic, El Dorado and HBC421 to deliver a splash of melon jam to the fruit picnic. Keeping it sessionable this is a great pale with a little added depth from the grains. Apricot cobbler anyone?'
