'An hour by bullet train from Tokyo, Tochigi is surronded by the Nikko mountian range. The melted snow merges into its three main rivers. This soft water is the secret to the region's sake. Carbonated drink made from fermented rice with yuzu, flavoured with momo (Japenese peach). Ingredients: Carbonated water, sake 24% (Water, Rice, Koji), Pear juice, Yuzu juice 5%, Natural momo flavour (Japanese Peach) 0.1% Asorbic Acid.'
